A bank examiner gone astray, Andrea Nguyen is living out her childhood dream of being a food writer and cooking teacher. Her acclaimed books include Into the Vietnamese Kitchen, Asian Dumplings, Asian Tofu, and The Banh Mi Handbook. Her newest, The Pho Cookbook, was published in February 2017 by Ten Speed Press. She edited Unforgettable, a biography cookbook about culinary icon Paula Wolfert.
