Best known for her love of working with whole animals and dry aging techniques, Angie Mar is the owner and executive chef of The Beatrice Inn. The restaurant was awarded an impressive 2-star review from The New York Times. Angie was named Chef of the Year 2016 by Thrillist and was chosen as one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs for 2017.
