Daniela Soto-Innes is the founding chef de cuisine and partner at Chef Enrique Olvera’s two New York restaurants, Cosme and Atla. She won the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef of the Year Award in 2016, and was part of the team that helped Cosme land on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017. A member of the Williams Sonoma Chefs’ Collective, she has been working in restaurants since the age of 14. “My whole life, every single paycheck I’ve ever received has come from cooking,” she told The Cut. “I don’t know how to work for another reason.”
