Emshika Alberini oversees Chang Thai Café in Littleton, New Hampshire, and is a passionate serial entrepreneur. Along with launching her own food product line called Emshika, she thrives on working with start-up companies as both an advisor and investor. Her newest business, POP-M, opened a few doors down from Chang Thai in early 2018 and is a multi-brand shop offering coffee, tea, and gifts (many by local artisans). Emshika arrived in New York from her native Bangkok to pursue a master's degree in Organizational Management. After graduating, she worked with Fortune 500 companies, then made the transition to entrepreneur and restaurateur. A lifelong learner, she received a certificate in Developing and Managing a Successful Technology Strategy from MIT’s Sloan School of Management in 2016, and is currently working towards a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from the Harvard Business Extension School.
