Erin McKenna kicked off a revolution when she founded BabyCakes NYC, now Erin McKenna's Bakery, the nation’s first gluten-free and vegan bakery, in 2005. The original location is still serving up her original chocolate chip cookie recipe and cult cupcakes on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Since 2005, Erin McKenna’s Bakery has expanded to Los Angeles and Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida. Erin has written three best-selling cookbooks: BabyCakes, BabyCakes Covers the Classics and Bread and Butter. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Chris, daughter Halsey, son Ford, and baby Mary.
