Earlier this year, New York Times National Food Correspondent Kim Severson was awarded with a 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service for her contributions to the team that investigated sexual harassment and abuse against women. Over the past year, she has become one of the journalists closely associated with uncovering the restaurant world’s #MeToo revelations. Kim has won four James Beard awards for her reporting on food trends, news, and personalities, and she earned the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism for her work on childhood obesity. The author of four books, Kim previously worked for the San Francisco Chronicle and the Anchorage Daily News.
