CHERRY BOMBE 100:
Ones To Watch

Lindsay Collins is the host of Effin B Radio, the candid and often hilarious podcast dedicated to telling the stories of those who work in the trenches of the restaurant industry. Lindsay was raised in a tiny town in South Carolina and learned her way around the kitchen at an early age from her mother Karen, who remains an exceptional cook. For her sixth birthday, she asked her parents to take her to a “fancy dinner” and has been working in the food world since she was 16. By the time she was 24, she had worked in three different Michelin-starred restaurants, including Per Se, Noma, and The French Laundry, holding positions in both front and back of house. In 2016 she created Effin B Radio as a comedy podcast featuring her and her co-hosts Nikki Fairman and Philip Michael Cohen. The show is now in its fourth season and has evolved into a solo gig for Collins. She is a mother of three very adorable boys and still waits tables to this day in Charleston, South Carolina.
