A childhood dream of jumping into a pool full of sprinkles led entrepreneur and creative director Maryellis Bunn to create the Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC), an experiential installation inspired by everyone’s favorite frozen treat. What began in 2016 as a small pop-up in New York City is now a nationwide sensation with five locations and counting, plus its very own line of whimsical ice cream in flavors like Churro Churro, Chocolate Crush, and Vanillionaire, sold at Target. Designed and constructed to provoke inspiration, foster community, and celebrate the power of imagination, MOIC has welcomed more than a million visitors from around the world and aims to create a fun, multi-sensorial experience, all built on ice cream’s ability to spark pleasure and joy.
