Melissa Clark easily earns the title Queen of Cookbooks. She has written 41 of them, including her her latest, Dinner in an Instant: 75 Modern Recipes for Your Pressure Cooker, Multicooker, and Instant Pot, and all her cookbook collaborations with some of the biggest names in food. Melissa also is a longtime staff reporter for The New York Times Food section, where she writes A Good Appetite, the must-read column for home cooks, and she has been the engaging and informative star of more than 100 cooking videos. Melissa was born and raised in Brooklyn, where she now lives with her husband and daughter.
