With a background in visual arts and classic culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu, Victoria Granof is as much an artist as she is a food stylist. Launching her career with what became a decade-long collaboration with the legendary Irving Penn, Victoria has since worked with the world’s top photographers and directors to create dramatic and arresting images for both editorial and corporate clients. Known for her “beauty is where you find it” approach, Victoria has brought her singular style to the pages of The New York Times, New York Magazine, National Geographic, and Cherry Bombe, as well as cookbooks by Anthony Bourdain and Marcus Samuelsson, among others. She is also the author of Chickpeas from Short Stack Editions.
