Dominique Crenn

Dominique Crenn is the chef/owner of Atelier Crenn and Petit Crenn in San Francisco. She started her culinary training at Stars in San Francisco in 1998, working under luminaries Jeremiah Tower and Mark Franz. She then took on the role of first female executive chef in Indonesia at the InterContinental Hotel in Jakarta, and headed the kitchen at Luce in San Francisco. She continues to be an active member of the international culinary community and to promote innovation, sustainability, and equality through her collaborations with Basque Culinary Center, TasTAFE, and others.
