Elisabeth (Liz) Prueitt is an award-winning pastry chef and the co-founder of Tartine bakery in San Francisco. Last spring, she and her husband, Chad Robertson, opened Tartine Manufactory, an all-day restaurant, bakery, coffee, and ice cream shop, and plan on opening another outpost in L.A. She is the author of the Tartine cookbook and Tartine All Day: Modern Recipes for the Home Cook.
