Emily Luchetti

Emily Luchetti is the Chief Pastry Officer of the San Francisco-based Big Night Restaurant Group. She oversees the pastry operations for The Cavalier, Marlowe, Park Tavern, Leo’s Oyster Bar, Marianne’s, and Petit Marlowe. She began her culinary career at San Francisco’s legendary Stars restaurant, and switched over to become opening executive pastry chef of Farallon in 1997, and then of Waterbar in 2008. She is the author of six dessert-centric cookbooks, including The Fearless Baker, and also founded #dessertworthy, a social media movement aimed at increasing mindfulness around sugar consumption.
