Leah Cohen is chef and owner of New York’s Pig & Khao, which serves Southeast Asian cuisine influenced by her Filipino upbringing. Leah’s second restaurant, Piggyback Bar in Jersey City, features elevated American bar fare fused with Asian flavors. Her philosophy is to stay true to authentic Southeast Asian flavors while incorporating classical western techniques.
