Lisa Donohue

Lisa, a Northern California native, founded Mimi's Confitures in  2013 after spending time at the Ballymalloe Cookery School in Ireland to renew her culinary skills and learn more about organic and sustainable farming. Mimi’s first product was her grandmother’s Plum Chutney, which was always present at family dinners what mother made together to giveduring the holidays. All Mimi’s products are made with ingredients that locally sourced with a focus on sustainability, and have won Good Food Awards in 2014 & 2016.
