Kansas City native Caitlin Corcoran has dedicated much of her hospitality and beverage career to some of the most singular flavors in the world: coffee, agave, and most recently, Champagne. A sommelier certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, Caitlin is the Managing Partner of Ça Va Champagne Bar.
She is also proud to continue to develop and practice her unique brand of radical inclusive hospitality, which coincides with her work supporting MOCSA (Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault), her role as a Board Member for Women in Hospitality United, and writing an Op-Ed piece for the James Beard Foundation’s Impact Series “What does it mean to be Safe in a restaurant?” Caitlin is also hungry to learn more and continue to grow as a business owner, and has been selected for both the James Beard Foundation Women Entrepreneurial Leadership Fellowship in 2018, and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Fellowship in 2019.
