Kelly McVicker

Kelly McVicker is the founder of McVicker Pickles, a San Francisco-based company that makes small batches of pickles & preserves using traditional recipes updated with new flavor combinations. A certified Master Food Preserver, Kelly also teaches hands-on workshops on pickling, canning, fermentation and other food preservation techniques. Her mission is to share the traditions she learned growing up in Kansas, and to introduce more people to the simple joy of preserving their food.
