Rachel Khong is a writer and editor. From 2011 to 2016, she was managing editor, senior editor, then executive editor for Lucky Peach. She's the author/editor of All About Eggs, and her debut novel, Goodbye, Vitamin, was published July 2017. She lives in San Francisco, where she's working on a Short Stack cookbook about cabbage. She is also a contributing editor for Tastecooking.com and is co-founder of The Ruby, a space for creative women, coming soon to San Francisco.
