As a young assistant, Judith discovered The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank and later went on to edit and champion Madhur, Lidia, Joan, Julia Child, Edna Lewis, Marcella Hazan, and others. She prized diversity when it came to people and palates, and believed cookbooks had literary merit. Tune in to hear what made Judith such a special talent.
