We'll have networking, a panel conversation, and great food & drink. Our venue is the beautiful La Fontaine restaurant, located inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Kerry will be moderating a panel with award-winning chef & restaurateur Susan Feniger, beverage director Juyoung Kang, mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini, and Chef Laetita Rouabah.

KERRY DIAMOND
 
Kerry Diamond is the founder of Cherry Bombe, the indie media and events company that celebrates women in and around the world of food. She is the editor in chief of Cherry Bombe’s print magazine, author of the Cherry Bombe Cookbook, and hosts the Radio Cherry Bombe podcast and the Max official companion podcast Dishing On Julia. Kerry is on the board of directors of the Food Education Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting culinary-focused public high school students in New York City. Previously, Kerry worked at WWD, Harper’s Bazaar, Lancôme, and Coach, and owned several restaurants and an award-winning coffee shop in Brooklyn. She loves the intersection of culinary and culture, and is committed to bringing people together through food and drink.

SUSAN FENIGER
 
Susan Feniger is an iconic culinarian, author, entrepreneur, and co-owner of Mundo Hospitality Group, which she runs with her business partner, Mary Sue Milliken. Susan and Mary Sue teamed up 40 years ago to open the critically acclaimed City Café and CITY Restaurant in Los Angeles. The chef duo continue breaking barriers as female restaurateurs in a male-dominated industry, pioneering sustainability initiatives and developing their culinary offerings in a variety of culinary ventures including food trucks and a full-service events and a catering business.

Juyoung Kang is Director of Beverage Development for Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a vertically integrated luxury hotel, gaming, entertainment, and meeting destination conceived by Fontainebleau Development. An award-winning hospitality professional and mixologist with more than 20 years of experience in leadership and operations, Juyoung oversees the development and implementation of cocktail and beverage menus for Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ bar, lounge, and restaurant collection—maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity for the resort’s custom cocktail and beverage selections.
JUYOUNG KANG

MARIENA MERCER BOARINI
 
Mariena Mercer Boarini first joined Wynn Resorts in 2021 as the resort mixologist for Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, where she oversaw the beverage programs for more than 30 venues across the resort. In 2023, Mariena was promoted to the role of Master Mixologist – North America for Wynn Resorts, where she now leads the beverage programs at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor, while supporting all future developments in North America.
 
In addition to taking home the global title at The Opihr World Adventure Cocktail Competition in Morocco in 2015, Mariena has also been named “Top Bartender in Las Vegas” and one of the “Top 10 Female Bartenders in the World.”
MARIENA MERCER BOARINI

Laetitia Rouabah is Executive Chef of La Fontaine, an elegant, daytime French fine dining destination at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. A member of the restaurant and resort’s 2023 opening team, Chef Rouabah oversees all facets of La Fontaine’s menu, including its acclaimed classic brunch offerings.

In internationally trained culinary artist and protégé of Chef Alain Ducasse, Chef Rouabah joined La Fontaine following a celebrated career in the United States and France. She previously served as executive chef of Benoit New York; chef de cuisine of Restaurant Allard in Paris; chef de cuisine of Salon la Premiere at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport; and also held roles at the Eiffel Tower’s Restaurant Le Jules Verne, The Dorchester, and Hotel Plaza Athenee.
