In internationally trained culinary artist and protégé of Chef Alain Ducasse, Chef Rouabah joined La Fontaine following a celebrated career in the United States and France. She previously served as executive chef of Benoit New York; chef de cuisine of Restaurant Allard in Paris; chef de cuisine of Salon la Premiere at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport; and also held roles at the Eiffel Tower’s Restaurant Le Jules Verne, The Dorchester, and Hotel Plaza Athenee.
