Basque-born Aran Goyoaga is an award-winning author, photographer, and professionally trained pastry chef. Her food blog, Cannelle et Vanille, is a three-time James Beard-finalist.

Aran’s second cookbook Cannelle et Vanille: Nourishing, Gluten-Free Recipes for Every Meal and Mood has been named best of 2019 by New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Food 52, NBC News, ELLE, and more.

ABENA ANIM-SOMUAH

Born in Ghana and raised in Canada, Abena credits her love of baking to watching her mother whip up healthy treats in the kitchen. While searching for a new hobby to deal with a high stress job in tech, Abena turned to baking for the soothing comfort and the fascinating science. On her Instagram account @baking_beans, Abena is showcasing her bakes through detailed demonstrations and offering tips to those who want to get started on baking. Her dream is to be a culinary personality, just like her childhood hero Ina Garten!
