Juyoung represents the new wave of culinary creatives in the city, folks reimagining hospitality and rethinking food & dining experiences. Juyoung chats with host Kerry Diamond about why she moved to Las Vegas, how she finds inspiration in everything from the work of F. Scott Fitzgerald to the music of Daft Punk, and how she came up with the names for some of her favorite beverages.
