Carla Lalli Music's Cynar Spritz
Always be spritzing! This is my go-to low-ABV (alcohol by volume) cocktail for the pre-dinner hour. It’s less sweet than an Aperol spritz, but anyone who likes drinking those will also enjoy this. I put tons of olives in mine.

Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
- 2 ounces cynar
- 1 ounce red vermouth
- Prosecco or club soda
- Orange or lemon twists
- Green olives
Method
- In a highball glass, rocks glass, or wineglass, combine cynar and red vermouth. Fill glass with ice cubes, then top off with prosecco or club soda. Garnish with an orange or lemon twist or a few briny green olives—or both! Or don’t garnish at all. Stir together and slurp it down.
