WHAT TO DO, EAT, DRINK & DO AT JUBILEE ON SATURDAY
There is so much to do at this Saturday’s Jubilee, we wanted to share a little guide so you can plan your day. There are so many great bites, sips, and people to discover and learn about. Be sure to check out the schedule so you know what is happening when, and visit the activations below during Networking & Registration, Snack Break, and Happy Hour!
If you’re a Jubilee first-timer, here are some pro tips…
- Set your goals and intentions for the day! Are you looking to meet new people, get inspiration for a future project, or learn what other folks in your field are up to? Write them down and check on your progress between breaks.
- We know it can be hard to talk to strangers, but we created Jubilee as a way for women in the industry to connect with each other at a time when they were being excluded from food conferences around the world! (See the article that inspired us back in 2013.) So don’t think of the other attendees as strangers, but as potential friends, partners, and support systems!
- It’s totally fine to introduce yourself to someone you don’t know.
- Don’t just grab a snack or a sip from a table and run away! The folks behind the tables are world-class chefs, bakers, founders, entrepreneurs, and makers. They’re also at Jubilee to meet people and connect so be sure to say hello, introduce yourself, and ask some questions about what they’re up to.
- There are a lot of things to eat and drink, so pace yourself! Check back on Saturday for the complete menu!
