Join Team Cherry Bombe in the Catskills at the beautiful Deer Mountain Inn to experience a grilling demo with chef & author Sarah Glover, who specializes in outdoor open-fire feasts.
Guests will be welcomed to the stunning property with a cocktail reception featuring Perrier Jouet Champagne, spritz refreshers, and other specialty drinks, along with a cheese & charcuterie station and passed canapés.
During the grilling demo, Sarah will teach us how to make fire-blistered asparagus and Steelhead shaved smoked trout with butter lemon dressing, all while using Le Creuset cookware, tools, and essentials. Following the demo, we'll enjoy a three-course family-style dinner on the outdoor patio with ice cream sundaes and Solid Wiggles’ jello shots for dessert. To end the evening, we'll roast s'mores under the stars.
