Bailey Dunn is the Creator Partnerships Lead at Substack, where she supports top creators across lifestyle, culture, and food. Since joining in 2023, Bailey has played a key role in helping high-profile writers, podcasters, and digital creators grow sustainable subscription businesses and build deeper relationships with their audiences. Previously, Bailey helped launch major publications across politics, finance, and tech—including Pantsuit Politics, Under the Desk News, and Aaron Parnas—during the 2024 election season. She delivers white-glove support and strategic guidance to help talent thrive on the platform.

 

Bailey’s originally from Richmond, Virginia and now based in San Francisco. Outside of work, she writes Park It, her own Substack about Parks and Recreation.
