Enjoy a custom tasting menu by Chef Sarah Thompson of Casa Playa at Wynn Las Vegas and a dessert bar featuring signature bites from the region's best bakers and pastry chefs. The afternoon unfolds across the property: talks, panels, and programming in the 1889 House ballroom, with a farmers market–style marketplace in Piccolo’s outdoor courtyard, and additional talks on the Salina rooftop.
