We loved being in Miami for our first Supper Club dinner! During the evening, Radio Cherry Bombe host Kerry Diamond moderated a panel with Samah Dada, cookbook author and founder of Dada Eats; Alex Snodgrass, cookbook author and founder of The Defined Dish; Kim Perell, entrepreneur, author, and co-founder of Juni; and Rachel Bukowski, product development lead at Whole Foods Market. The conversation focused on what well-being actually looks like and how the food on your plate is part of it.
Following the panel, guests enjoyed a family-style, multi-course dinner focused on gut-friendly dishes that brought the sourcing and intention behind every ingredient to life.
