Kiano Moju
Kiano Moju is a Kenyan-Nigerian American chef, author, and recipe developer. She is the author of AfriCali, named one of the best cookbooks of 2024 by The New York Times, Bon Appétit, and the Los Angeles Times. A contributor to New York Times Cooking, Moju’s work celebrates bold, everyday flavors that connect her African heritage with her California upbringing.
