In April 2020, she created Fleurs et Sel bakery; a small locally-owned baking company centered around Cookies, Compassion and Community. With a digital-first approach, exciting brand-partnerships, weekly Cookie Drops, and a sharp focus on giving each customer a beautiful and personalized experience, Fleurs et Sel is truly transforming the baking industry. Fleurs et Sel is affectionately known for having the Best Cookies in Los Angeles as mentioned in Los Angeles Magazine, LA Times, EATER LA, The Infatuation and more!
