Chef Tuệ Nguyễn, known online as @TwayDaBae, is a celebrated Vietnamese chef and rising culinary star. She’s the visionary behind a signature menu at Local Kitchens, bringing authentic Vietnamese flavors to 13 locations across Northern and Southern California. Her debut cookbook, Di An, released in September 2024, was named "Best of 2024" by The New York Times, LA Times, and Esquire Magazine. Tuệ’s passion for sharing Vietnamese culture through food and storytelling has earned her recognition across major media outlets, including The TODAY Show, Eater, Thrillist, Paper Mag, and more — as well as a coveted spot on Forbes’ latest 30 Under 30 List and Food Network’s 2025 Hot List.
