A talented baker, Christina is the co-founder of the New York City businesses Macaron Parlour and Meow Parlour and has helped find homes for more than 800 cats. On Tuesday, Christina, her husband and Macaron Parlour partner Simon Tung, and some special furry guests will join us for a fun demo. Learn how to make Christina’s brownies and meet some kittens in need of homes. This is our Holiday Baking Extravaganza finale, so we also have a special surprise for everyone: Erin Jeanne McDowell of The Book On Pie will be performing a special holiday song.

ERIN JEANNE MCDOWELL
Erin Jeanne McDowell is an author, recipe developer, and award-winning food stylist with specialized focus in baking. Her first book The Fearless Baker, was named one of the Best Baking Books of 2017 by The New York Times. She’s a regular contributor to New York Times Cooking, Food52 (where she also serves as Baking Consultant at Large), and PureWow. She hosts weekly baking classes on Food Network Kitchen and the series “Bake It Up a Notch” for Food52. Erin has been featured in The New Yorker, New York Magazine, Food and Wine Magazine, Food Network Magazine, Washington Post and Rachel Ray Magazine. She lives and works in North Bergen, New Jersey.
