Caroline Schiff is an award-winning pastry chef and cookbook author with nearly two decades of experience in restaurants, bakeries, and cafés. She is widely known by her instagram moniker, @pastryschiff, and was the executive pastry chef at Brooklyn’s acclaimed Gage & Tollner (where she created her infamous baked Alaska). In 2022, she was a Food & Wine Best New Chef and a James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef Finalist. Caroline is also the author of two baking books: The Sweet of Sourdough and Daily Dessert, which will be released this October. Her first brick-and-mortar concept, Monday Diner, will open in New York City later this year.

Jessie Sheehan is a cookbook author, recipe developer, and baker. She is the author of four baking books, including Snackables Bakes, and the host of Cherry Bombe’s baking podcast, She’s My Cherry Pie.
