Calling all Francophiles! Journalist and author Aleksandra Crapanzano will demo the framboisine cake from her new book, Gâteau: The Surprising Simplicity Of French Cakes, and share what she learned about French culture and cake during her research in Parisian home kitchens. Attendees will enjoy a sample of the recipe demo’ed.

Books will be signed and personalized in advance and distributed at the start of each event. Any books not claimed by Sunday, Nov. 6th, at 6 p.m. will be donated to Food & Finance High School.
