The wok can be a magical tool in the kitchen—with the right know-how. Our panel of wok enthusiasts will share their tips and tricks for making the most of one’s wok, from choosing, seasoning, and cleaning a wok to uses you might not have thought of. (Popcorn, anyone?) Our panel includes celebrated author Grace Young, the Save Chinatown activist and “Stir-Fry Guru”; Amelie Kang of MáLà Project restaurants; and Sarah & Kaitlin Leung of The Woks of Life blog and cookbook. Cookbook author and Peddler Journal founder Hetty McKinnon will moderate.

Books will be signed and personalized in advance and distributed at the start of each event. Any books not claimed by Sunday, Nov. 6th, at 6 p.m. will be donated to Food & Finance High School. 

Ticket prices below include New York State taxes and fees.
