Chef, restaurateur, TV personality, and author Tanya Holland is bringing some West Coast spirit to Cooks & Books. Tanya will be talking about her new book, California Soul: Recipes From A Culinary Journey West; the heart behind her food, and how the state she now calls home has informed her life, career, and cuisine. Author and Bon Appétit Editor in Chief Dawn Davis will interview Tanya about California Soul and her evolution as a chef.

Books will be signed and personalized in advance and distributed at the start of each event. Any books not claimed by Sunday, Nov. 6th, at 6 p.m. will be donated to Food & Finance High School.
