Cherry Bombe & Costa Brazil celebrated the opening of the Costa Brazil pop-up with Brazilian beauty, bites, and music! The party was hosted by Costa Brazil founder Francisco Costa, Chef Sophia Roe, and Cherry Bombe founder Kerry Diamond. Guests enjoyed empadinhas, coxinhas & pão de queijo from Chef Ione Cavalli and chocolate, coconut & pistachio brigadeiros from Chef Mariana Vieira at Brigadeiro Bakery in SoHo. For drinks, we had the classic caipirinha, made with CÃNA cachaça; Dom Maria sparkling wine; passion fruit mimosas; and a spicy limeade made with AVEC’s ginger mixer.
