Step into the garden through scent, breath, and movement. We’ll begin with breathwork and aromatherapy inspired by FABLERUNE’s Herbarium fragrance—a verdant blend of fresh basil, fennel, citrus, and woods that captures the feeling of a garden at the height of summer.
From there, we’ll ease into a slow, grounding yoga flow inspired by the rhythms of the natural world: reaching toward the light, rooting into the earth, opening, twisting, and creating space for what wants to grow.
This isn’t quite restorative yoga, nor is it about pushing yourself or perfecting a pose. Instead, it’s an invitation to awaken the senses, move intuitively, breathe deeply, and spend a little time in your body before stepping into the rest of your day.
