Marissa Mullen is a best-selling author, content creator, photographer, and food stylist. Marissa is the founder of That Cheese Plate—a community for cheese plate inspiration and creative food styling—and is known for pioneering the cheese and charcuterie trend in popular culture today. Her debut cookbook, That Cheese Plate Will Change Your Life, has inspired many, awarded with Amazon’s Editor’s Pick for 2020, and listed on Wall Street Journal's Best-Seller List. She is also the creator of the Cheese By Numbers Method, a step-by-step approach to styling a unique cheese and charcuterie spread. Amber Mayfield is an event planner, a magazine publisher, and an entertaining expert. Her company To Be Hosted specializes in hosting dinner parties. To Be Hosted has worked with an impressive client roster, including brands like Netflix, Facebook, Equinox, Nestle, and more. Amber is also the founder and publisher of While Entertaining Magazine—a yearly publication that highlights chefs of the African diaspora, while providing inspiration for cooking and gathering at home.

Rebekah peppler

Rebekah Peppler is a Paris-based writer and food stylist. She is the author of À Table, published with Chronicle in April 2021, and APÉRITIF: Cocktail Hour the French Way, a 2019 James Beard Foundation nominee. Her writing appears in The New York Times, Condé Nast Traveler, Vanity Fair, Bon Appétit, and Food & Wine, among other titles. When she's not working, you can find Rebekah cooking, eating, and drinking in the 18th arrondissement.
