Jubilee Keynote Speaker:
Gloria Steinem!

Cherry Bombe is honored to announce that Gloria Steinem is our closing speaker at this year’s Jubilee conference, taking place Saturday, April 12th, in New York City.

Great restaurants don’t just serve incredible food—they create culture, foster community, and drive change. But behind every beautifully plated dish is an industry fighting for its future. From outdated policies to labor challenges and rising costs, independent restaurants face ongoing obstacles that threaten their survival.

That’s where the Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC) comes in. This panel brings together powerhouse chefs and restaurateurs who have stepped beyond the kitchen to lead a movement. They’re championing fair policies, advocating for a stronger industry, and proving that passion and politics go hand in hand.

Join us for a conversation about what’s happening in the industry, why it matters to anyone who loves dining out, and how we can all help ensure independent restaurants don’t just survive—but thrive.
