SIT WITH US
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Chef Melissa Araujo’s Alma in New Orleans for our Sit With Us community dinner in partnership with OpenTable.
We kicked things off with two special welcome drinks: the Chef’s Old Fashioned, featuring Oxbow Rum Distillery rum, El Guapo bitters, orange, & homemade maraschino cherries, and a non-alcoholic spritz.
Chef Melissa and her team served a delicious three-course meal featuring a beet salad with goat cheese, green apples & walnuts, pollo en crema con loroco, and for dessert, noal dulce, a sweet corn cake with pistachio gelato. After a fun evening of food and networking, everyone left with a copy of the latest Cherry Bombe Magazine and a special tote bag.
A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited Take Paws Rescue, a local organization helping animals in need.
