BOOK LAUNCH PARTY

We had such a fun time celebrating She’s My Cherry Pie podcast host Jessie Sheehan at the launch party for her new baking book, Salty, Cheesy, Herby, Crispy Snackable Bakes. We hosted the event in the WSA Kitchen at the new WSA Building in Manhattan and we loved seeing so many bakers & creatives in one room—from Justine Doiron to Natasha Pickowicz, Hetty McKinnon, and Sarah Fennel of Broma Bakery!
 
We snacked on delicious bites from Jessie’s book, including Cashel Blue Fig Jam Drops and Olive & Aged Cheddar Puffs, all made with King Arthur Baking Company flour and Kerrygold butter and cheese. Everyone toasted the author of the hour with a glass of Bouvet Ladubay and Ghia.
 
Before the party, there was a demo by Jessie and King Arthur Staff Editor Jessica Battilana. They made the Savory Dukkah Swirl Bread recipe from King Arthur’s Big Book of Bread, which is out Oct. 22nd. The book is sure to be a major resource for all types of baked goods and getting a sneak peek was such a treat! Everyone who attended the demo also took home a copy.
 
All our guests received a signed copy of Jessie’s book, free Kerrygold butter coupons, a recipe for Masa Honey Toasting Bread from King Arthur’s Big Book of Bread, King Arthur dough scrapers, and Cherry Bombe’s brand new fall print issue!
