Jubilee Wine Country Talent

Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Dominique Crenn

We’re excited to share that Chef Dominique Crenn is the keynote speaker at Jubilee Wine Country! Dominique is one of the most talented and fascinating folks in the food world. Named to this year’s TIME 100, she’s an environmentalist, philanthropist, cancer survivor, author, and humanitarian. She is also the celebrated chef behind Atelier Crenn, Bar Crenn, and Petit Crenn in San Francisco and the regenerative Bleu Belle Farm in Sonoma County. And you might have noticed, but Dominique is also our cover star on The Paris Issue of Cherry Bombe Magazine!

Singer-Songwriter

Lia Ices is an American singer-songwriter. She has released four critically acclaimed albums: 2008’s Necima, 2011’s Grown Unknown, 2014’s Ices, and 2021’s Family Album (which was released on her own Natural Music Label). Her music has been covered by Vogue, New York Times, NPR, Pitchfork, Elle, and W Magazine and has been heard on GIRLS, Life and Beth, Grey’s Anatomy, and Rebecca.

Raised on the East Coast, she relocated from New York City to Sonoma, California, in 2014, and found Northern California to be an exhilarating place for creativity. In her latest piano-based album, Lia remains fiercely, bracingly attuned to her own senses, perceptions, and desires as she explores motherhood, the natural world, and the shifting meaning of freedom in her life. Lia lives and creates in Sonoma with her husband and three young daughters.
