Today’s guest is Ella Quittner, a journalist making a name for herself in food media with articles like “I Love You, but I Hate Your Cooking” in The New York Times and “The Bizarre Allure of Sexy Cakes” in New York Magazine. Before she started her freelance career and writing for prominent media outlets, Ella spent years working in finance.
